- Dosages are conservative and may be increased as needed.
If the complaint you are treating is not getting better or
in fact is getting worse, be sure to see your doctor.
- These recommendations are safe not only in adults
but in children as well. They may be taken in conjunction
with prescription medication with no ill effects.
- In many instances, taking herbs will allow your doctor to decrease
or stop the amount of prescription medication you are taking.
Unlike drugs, natural solutions are inexpensive and virtually free
from all side effects.
- In general, it is not recommended to take any drug
or supplement during pregnancy. An exception is Ginger,
which is useful in morning sickness.
